Not much I can do if you don't provide me more info than "well, waiting for an update, because still dns service don't start..... "

I have setup a VM and recreated the events of this discussion twice and ran a provision once with bind9_dlz and second time with samba_internal backend. DNS has started with bind9_dlz and fails with samba_internal (as expected). If you provisioned with samba_internal. You would need to edit:
   /usr/local/samba/etc/smb.conf

Add  to the top section:

   server  services = -dns

Restart  samba service. Then, in the console run:

   raz

then run in the raz menu:

   dnsmig

This will perform a samba_internal to bind9_dlz upgrade. DNS should be working after this.

I think this might be a solution if you are still having DNS problems:

   chmod  0777 /usr/local/samba/bind-dns/

I ran into issues starting DNS services while testing secondary DC replication and this was the problem.
