Tyler K. submitted an issue with window layering. New windows are spawned behind current windows instead of on-top.

Corrected by adding an 'up' function that bumps the windows CSS z-index when its spawned. Update 970.

Need to import changes into community version!

imported UP() in window spawning function to always stack new windows on top in GUI. build 150 update.
